Where we started

In 2020, seasoned attorneys Leon Susan and Jadon Wolmarans established Wolmarans and Susan Inc. in Johannesburg, South Africa, with a vision to transform the intellectual property law landscape. Pieter Lombard, another expert in the field, expanded our presence by joining the firm in 2021 and establishing our presence in Cape Town, South Africa.

Wolmarans and Susan Inc. is an intellectual property law firm specialising in protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights in South Africa. The firm also provides labour- and commercial law services, which gives us unique insights into the management of our clients’ intellectual property rights portfolios.
